LightLine Therapy offers in-person psychotherapy in the heart of NoMad at 30th Street and Fifth Avenue.
Convenient for professionals working in NoMad, Flatiron, Midtown, Hudson Yards, Madison Square Park, and along Madison Avenue, our office makes it easy to step away from the workday before work, during lunch, or on your way home.
Steps from NoMad & Flatiron: Located at Fifth Avenue and 30th Street, our office is an easy walk from many of Manhattan's busiest offices.
Convenient Transit Access: Just minutes from the 28th Street (R/W), 28th Street (6), 33rd Street (6), and 34th Street–Herald Square (B/D/F/M/N/Q/R/W) subway stations.
An Easy Stop Before Heading Home: Whether you're commuting to Grand Central, Penn Station, or PATH, our location makes it easy to schedule therapy before continuing your trip home.
Appointments That Fit Your Schedule: We offer daytime, lunchtime, and evening appointments so therapy can become a regular part of your week.
After a day spent moving between meetings, emails, Zoom calls, and water cooler chat, it helps to leave that environment behind.
Walking a few blocks to a dedicated therapy space creates a natural transition. The Slack pings are behind you and you’re able to focus your attention on what you want from yourself instead of what others want from you.
Many people tell us that simply coming to our office helps them shift their mindset, step back from the weeds of their day-to-day, and slow down.
That shift is one of the reasons in-person therapy continues to feel so valuable, especially for people whose work rarely gives them the chance to pause.
If you feel that you are…
…then you are most likely the kind of person we work with.
Aware of your unproductive patterns, but keep finding yourself stuck in them
Dependable for everyone else but rarely make time for yourself
Well beyond the advice to simply "practice more self-care" or “just go on a vacation”
Successful professionally, but disconnected from others (and yourself) outside of work
LightLine Therapy is a psychotherapy practice in Manhattan serving thoughtful, high-achieving adults, couples, and adolescents who want more than temporary relief.
Our approach is insight-oriented, collaborative, and focused on lasting change. We believe understanding yourself is important, but real progress comes from learning how to live differently, not just think differently.
As a boutique, private-pay practice, each of our therapists intentionally maintains a limited caseload so therapy remains sustainable, individualized, and deeply personal.
Absolutely. Our therapists are happy to see clients early in morning, after work, or on the weekends, as long as schedules permit. Many clients schedule their sessions for the middle of the day during their lunch break. This also provides space for you to reset before heading back to work.
Yes, we can take a hybrid approach where sometimes sessions will be virtual and sometimes they’ll be in-person. That said, from a scheduling perspective, we have found it’s easier for you (and your therapist), if one method is agreed upon as the “default” way of meeting. That helps both of you understand expectations for therapy and find a consistent rhythm for weekly sessions.
Our office was designed to feel like a retreat from the pace of New York City, offering a calm, thoughtfully designed space where you can leave the demands of the day behind. Natural light, modern furnishings, carefully selected artwork, and fully soundproofed therapy rooms create an environment that feels both welcoming and completely private. Yes, many of our clients work in technology, startups, finance, consulting, law, healthcare, and other demanding professions where expectations are high and it's easy to prioritize work over yourself.
