I’m a bilingual (English/Italian), multicultural therapist passionate about supporting students, young adults, expats and international people living in New York. Born in Paris, raised in Milan and calling New York home for the past decade, I know what it’s like to hold many identities at once. If you’ve ever experienced culture shock, thought in a different language from the one you're speaking, or translated a saying from your native language that doesn’t land quite right–I get it. Being multicultural is a beautiful thing, but it can sometimes lead to feeling untethered and disconnected.
Living in a foreign country offers an opportunity for self-reflection and the chance to discover who you truly are beyond cultural expectations. Homesickness is real and it’s especially hard when you’re surrounded by people who live close to where they call home.
In therapy, we’ll create a space where you can show up as your true, authentic self—embracing all the unique facets of who you are. I’ll help you lean on your support systems when you feel isolated and guide you in building meaningful connections with people who truly get you. Together, we’ll identify patterns that hold you back and explore new perspectives to bring you closer to your goals.
I’ve worked in both university counseling and community mental health, supporting a wide range of clients with diverse cultures and concerns. If you’re looking for a therapist with international experience and an understanding of cross-cultural challenges, schedule a free consultation to see if we’re the right fit!
Se siete italiani, so quanto possa essere prezioso esprimersi nella propria lingua, soprattutto in momenti di cambiamento. Vi invito a contattarmi per una consulenza iniziale gratuita, per valutare se il mio stile terapeutico è giusto per voi!
