There is a version of you...

...that the world sees, and there is a version of you that carries everything.

You are capable, thoughtful, and often the one others rely on. You show up, you handle things, and you rarely allow yourself to become a burden to others. It can feel unnecessary, or even wrong, to bring your struggles to someone else, especially when you are so used to being the one who supports.

Over time, that way of living begins to create a quiet disconnection. The constant holding, managing, and pushing through turns into exhaustion. And at some point, something shifts. What you once handled with ease begins to feel heavy, confusing, and difficult to sustain. It can feel like something inside you has reached its limit, even if you cannot fully explain why.

Many of the people I work with have spent years thinking, analyzing, and trying to understand themselves. They are intelligent, self-aware, and resourceful. Yet despite that, certain patterns keep repeating, and the usual ways of coping no longer work.

Often, what has not been fully recognized is how much has been carried for so long. What once helped you function, pushing through, staying in control, relying on your mind, may have also kept you in a constant state of survival.

Find Me On

Our work begins with understanding your story, not just what happened, but how you’ve carried it, what strengths you’ve developed, and what it has cost you. From there, we begin to gently shift out of survival mode, so you are no longer only managing, but actually experiencing your life with more clarity, space, and ease.

As that shift begins, many people reconnect with parts of themselves they have not had access to for a long time. There is more energy, more choice, and a growing sense of what actually feels right for you, not based on survival, but on who you are.

For those who have lived across cultures or between worlds, this work also includes making sense of identity, belonging, and the experience of not fully fitting into one place. These layers can be subtle, but they deeply shape how you relate to yourself and others, and they deserve to be understood with nuance.

My approach is not one-size-fits-all. I pay close attention to how you respond, what your system needs, and what genuinely helps you move forward. The work is collaborative, adaptive, and grounded in a real relationship, where you do not have to perform, explain perfectly, or carry everything alone.

Beyond the Credentials

A good cup of coffee in a calm, beautiful space. It's simple, but it brings a sense of grounding and familiarity no matter where I am.

I have a tradition where I always travel to a new place I've never been over my birthday. It might be somewhere in nature, or learning about a new culture, but it has to be something so unique that it will inspire me for the whole year.

I'm very attuned to what my body needs, so it often depends on my energy. Sometimes it's movement, like walking outdoors, running, yoga (including hot and Kundalini), Pilates, strength training, tennis, or exploring new classes around the city. Other times, it's slowing down through meditation, breathwork, stretching, a hot bath, or listening to classical music. I try to balance movement with stillness.
